Robert’s Fruity Stuffing
500g Buttle Farm Sausagemeat
200g Rude Health Fruity Date Porridge
1 medium onion, finely chopped
Fresh ground black pepper
1 pack Buttle Farm Streaky Bacon

Robert’s Nutty Stuffing

500g Buttle Farm Sausagemeat

300g Rude Health ‘The Oatmeal’ Porridge

1 medium onion, finely chopped

Handful of fresh sage, finely chopped

50g pecans, roughly chopped
1 medium cooking apple, peeled,
cored and grated
Fresh ground black pepper
1 pack Buttle Farm Streaky Bacon

Same instructions for both recipes:
Put all the ingredients except the bacon into a bowl and mix well – best done by
hand to ensure an even mix. Then, either:
– Form into 10-12 stuffing balls; stretch the bacon with the back of a knife and wrap each ball
in half a slice of bacon OR
– Stretch the bacon with the bacon of a knife and use to line an ovenproof dish. Add the stuffing
mix and press down well.
Bake at 180oC (fan oven) for 35-40 minutes
